On July 27,2026 I had appointment for an oil change on my 2017 Buick Enclave. The service staff, Chris was excellent. I got into my car and pulled out of your GMC facility onto Colerain Avenue and immediately I heard a very bad noise, sounded like something was loose and the steering wheel was vibrating very violently. I immediately turned around and returned to the dealership. Chris came and I told him what the car was doing and he took the vehicle back into the service area. He came to the waiting room and said there were three lug nuts that were not tightened and toured properly. I’m glad that I was alert enough and knew enough about automobiles ti recognize that this was very serious problem. Thankfully, I was not injured. The Service manager , I cannot recall his name, was very good and came to me and spoke with me directly. He seamed to understand the gravity of this occurrence . ( I could’ve been severely injured or even killed if the wheel had come off when I was on 275. ) I asked that they would have a safety meeting with all staff and impress upon them that how dangerous this incident was. My hope that in the future that it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Safety should be the top concern and hopefully it will be addressed to the staff in a professional and timely manner . I was reassured this by the service manager. , and well as by Chris. They were very good at handling the situation. But once again, the gravity of the situation and what could have occurred needs to be impressed to your staff. Diane Fights

Excellent customer service always top notch

Initial conversations with Scott Neuhaus and Patrick Valpreda were very good. We purchased a slightly used (4900 miles) GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate. We were assured it would be cleaned before delivery 4 days after the purchase agreement. We were very disappointed and embarrassed by the poor cleaning. We invited friends to a concert and when we went to put the chairs in the truck, the bed still had gravel and dust in it. Additionally, the windshield was smeared and door jams dirty. We expected for the price, it would be detailed or at least thoroughly cleaned.

Fast friendly service, All work completed to my satisfaction. Service associate was professional and listened.

Jason in parts helped me out , looked for my parts and made sure i had the correct part with sending me pictures , and verifying part numbers! now my car is back on the road and good to go! Ask for Jason if you need parts!
