Ask for oil change and tire rotation. They rotated tires but when driving on the highway shaking occurred then went back and they balanced the tires and took care of the problem. They charged extra for tire balancing. They could have told me in advance when you rotate tires you should balance tires also. Makes sense to me. Try it sometime.
Was not happy. I called and asked about having my speedometer reset because of a different size of tire. They told me yes they could do it and gave me a price. I called back and gave them very specific info about the truck and new tires and asked them to verify. Again I was told yes and the price was the same. Based on my experience, Joseph Buick GMC has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I believe they attempted to use a yo-yo spot delivery tactic after I was already approved for financing.
It has been three weeks since I signed my paperwork, and the dealership still has not submitted the financing documents to my lender. The dealership did what GM instructed. Not what I, THE CUSTOMER, was told they were going to do when the repair was scheduled for the FOURTH TIME!! Which was replace the radio! The dealership repaired, with GM’s assistance I’m told, though it was not repaired! GM has on more opportunity to make this right before I go to the BBB. Please contact me to schedule MY RADIO REPLACEMENT!!!!!
I had an 830 appointment for a check engine light . I was able to wait for the diagnosis which took perhaps 40-45. minutes or so.. very reasonable time well spent.

On July 27,2026 I had appointment for an oil change on my 2017 Buick Enclave. The service staff, Chris was excellent.
I got into my car and pulled out of your GMC facility onto Colerain Avenue and immediately I heard a very bad noise, sounded like something was loose and the steering wheel was vibrating very violently.

Initial conversations with Scott Neuhaus and Patrick Valpreda were very good. We purchased a slightly used (4900 miles) GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate. We were assured it would be cleaned before delivery 4 days after the purchase agreement. We were very disappointed and embarrassed by the poor cleaning. We invited friends to a concert and when we went to put the chairs in the truck, the bed still had gravel and dust in it. Additionally, the windshield was smeared and door jams dirty. We expected for the price, it would be detailed or at least thoroughly cleaned.
Fast friendly service, All work completed to my satisfaction. Service associate was professional and listened.
Jason in parts helped me out , looked for my parts and made sure i had the correct part with sending me pictures , and verifying part numbers! now my car is back on the road and good to go! Ask for Jason if you need parts!

I am still waiting on my new RADIO! It has not worked properly since purchased last AUGUST!!!! I did not leave feedback last time as it would not have been good. My suggestion would be FIX the issues then ask for customer FEEDBACK. WHEN WILL I GET MY NEW RADIO??????

Had a hard time locating my vehicle. Salesman was very nice, had a 1000.00 deposit that got forgotten at time of payment. Waited hours for car to arrive. Manager offered a free oil change when needed. But now everything is good to go.
Reasonable negotiations resulted in good deal for both of us. Very cooperative with all arrangements.

I brought my car in for overheating issues and everything was everything was fine until I disagreed with my technician, Chris about the issue and asked to check the fan relay because I had an issue with it a few years back and had a new fan placed. He was trying to price me to replace the fan for $900+. When I explained that replacing the fan wouldn't guarantee the new fan relay wouldn't melt like the last one communication was AWFUL.
