I called on a Friday and they got me in on Tuesday afternoon my appointment was for 2 PM I got there at 2:05 PM my car was finished at 2:35 PM. Very professional and fast service.

Had a hard time locating my vehicle. Salesman was very nice, had a 1000.00 deposit that got forgotten at time of payment. Waited hours for car to arrive. Manager offered a free oil change when needed. But now everything is good to go.
Reasonable negotiations resulted in good deal for both of us. Very cooperative with all arrangements.

I brought my car in for overheating issues and everything was everything was fine until I disagreed with my technician, Chris about the issue and asked to check the fan relay because I had an issue with it a few years back and had a new fan placed. He was trying to price me to replace the fan for $900+. When I explained that replacing the fan wouldn't guarantee the new fan relay wouldn't melt like the last one communication was AWFUL. Oil change and tire rotation very fair pricing and very friendly
I waited two and a half hours for an oil change. My appointment was at 10:30 and they didn’t finish until 1:00. After I questioned what was taking so long I was told they were short of help. I wish I had been told when I arrived so I could have gone somewhere else. I have bought cars from here and been a loyal customer. I won’t be back, at least not for an oil change.

Every vehicle we have purchased in the past 25 years, including the cars for both of our children, were purchased from this dealership. During those years, the dealership has remodeled/rebuilt to stay up to date with the current trends in vehicle sales and service. The dealership is always helpful for service, as well as sales, maintains a clean service/waiting area and a clean comfortable showroom floor.

Receptionist said no appointment was needed and then was told we did need to make an appointment and it was for much later in the day and then they didnt even do what we asked them to do and said we would have to make another appointment to come back. Took over an hour after they said the car was done for them to bring it around.
