During my last oil change, the shop failed to properly fill my engine with the required 8 quarts, only adding 6. While they did eventually make it right by inspecting the engine and offering a complimentary oil change, the mistake should not have happened in the first place. Additionally, it took several attempts to get a manager to respond—whether by phone, text, or through their online system. The customer service and communication definitely need improvement.

We just bought a GMC truck at Joseph’s on Colerain. Everybody we dealt with was great and they worked really had to give us a great deal, which they did. Our sales person was Colt and he was awesome. I had just had a horrible experience at a different car dealership and wasn’t feeling like dealing with that again and wow, Colt was the greatest!! I must say that if you want a vehicle and want someone to go above and beyond, ask for him. Thank you GMC and especially Colt!!

I first started visiting Jos Buick when I had my low miles 2017 Envision (purchased used from Enterprise). I took it in to Joseph for warranty work. Some mechanical issues were complicated, but they solved them all. Courteous, kind, helpful. When the factory warranty expired, I bought an exteded warranty from them. I would recommend their warranty (CNA National) over any other warranties I've had. So now it was time for a new car. I did not hesitate to buy a 2025 Envista from Joseph. I love Joseph GMC on Colerain! It's easy to schedule service online, the waiting area is very comfortable with coffee, clean restrooms, pleasantly friendly staff etc.. Oil change prices are actually less than the quicky places and I know they are using the proper GMC parts. So far, they have NEVER found anything additional wrong with my car and tried to persuade me to fix it. 🙂 I hate that! I've been having my oil changes done here on my Yukons since 2017. Highly Recommend!!

My truck still has an unacceptable noise (whine when decelerating and coming to a stop) somewhere in the drivetrain. I am disappointed the GM was not consulted. The truck remained in service for two weeks. The only service performed was described simply as torquing rear suspension and applying lubricants to “anything that rotated or moves.” I was told that the noise had to do with the Allison transmission but no proof that the noise/whine is normal

I’ve dealt with Joseph Buick since my first enclave in 2015, so my past and recent experiences have been great, I also like the free car washes.
I called and got a repair date quickly. On arrival they gave me a loaner truck to use. They repaired the truck on the same day. Everyone at the dealership and service department were helpful and it was a great experience.

Bought a 2019 F150 pick up for the amount of money it cost. I didn’t think I would need The extended warranty. 600 miles on the vehicle transmission goes out so now I have a $7500 bill. dealership won’t even talk to me about it

Due to winter storm over the weekend they were short staffed so no one was able to work on my car until Wednesday. all my car needed was to get a new battery and oil change. I got a call my car would be ready around 10:30. When I arrived I paid for the service but no one could find my key. I waited over an hour to no avail. Quick services with appt. Great consumer support for your needs. Having issues with passenger mirror changes position on rear drive and never goes back to its normal position. Haven’t had luck with it yet
I worked with Chris and he was great! He was able to get my car diagnosed properly and repaired after a bad experience with another shop where I had to take my car back four times. Once diagnosed, he kept me informed throughout the process. I’ll definitely recommend this shop and Chris.
